Theme Builder

SiteSeer Professional provides numerous popular shaded and dot-density themes for you to choose from. 

When you are ready to create your own, access SiteSeer’s Theme Builder! Navigate to the settings menu in the upper righthand corner, then select the Themes tab. In the Theme Builder you can choose from countless demographic, lifestyle, workplace, consumer spending, or other market variables (subject to your data license) and easily set up how you and your users will view the theme.

Multi-site Reporting

Void Analysis Pro Enhancements

We recently introduced a number of exciting changes to Void Analysis Pro, a tool within SiteSeer Professional. Users can now include tenants in a trade area in their reports, access a tabular version, and identify existing or future shopping center tenants and anchors and score each tenant based on how often a chain co-locates with those anchors. Check out what's new and learn how these adjustments make Void Analysis even better.

Tour Mode

Tour Mode (beta) is now available for all users that have stores!  This streamlined version of SiteSeer is optimized for your iPad or Android tablet.  Use Tour Mode in the field or at your desk to quickly navigate your market data. Great Things are Coming! 

Our next feature coming this fall is a tool that will let you import your own GIS files. When a broker sends you a trade area from their desktop GIS (or when you want to view the county's zoning file on your map), you will soon be able to import, configure, and display these layers as part of your map and reports.
