Tips and Tricks: Scoop Tool

SiteSeer will allow you to define trade areas by mile radius, drive time, population, and more, but sometimes you need quick facts about an area. If you haven’t used the Scoop Tool before or forgot about it, give it a try. You'll find it in the Map Tools on the left-hand side of the screen. Draw a polygon on the map and instantly see key facts such as population, demographics, and more. You can define what facts you see when running the Scoop and you also have the option to make your scoop into a trade area if you wish to keep it.
